Mgr. David Mikula
David Mikula is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
He joined the law office team in 2009; before that he worked in an international business corporation, where he acquired a lot of experience suitable for legal practice, mostly in the field of business and contractual relationships and corporate law. His previous work and experience in advocacy form the basis of his ability to solve client matters in a broader context.

JUDr. Petr Kožíšek
He is an attorney with long-term practical legal experience gained during the years when he was active in the public sector.
Beyond the general practice, he specialized mostly on providing legal services in the field of administrative law, chiefly in cases pertaining to administrative offences, offences, construction law – the Building Code and land planning in particular.
He is also engaged in environmental law and waste management law.
Thanks to his excellent language skills, he is able to provide legal services to foreign clients of the law office at a very high professional level.

Mgr. Miroslav Považan
Miroslav Považan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague.
He has been part of the law firm’s team since he finished his studies, when he completed his entire articling attorney‘s practice at our law firm. He also gained practical experience, for example, as part of a student internship at the public prosecutor’s office.
Beyond the scope of general practice, he mainly focuses on the issue of contractual legal relations, general data protection regulation (GDPR), mobile and web applications.
As a part of his practice, he also deals with:

JUDr. Pavel Tomek has a professional liability insurance covering potential damage caused during provision of legal services up to the sum insured of CZK 77,000,000 (with a limit of up to CZK 7,000,000 the attorney is insured by law under the framework insurance policy through the Czech Bar Association; individual liability insurance policy with a limit of up to CZK 70,000,000 has been taken out in excess of the basic insurance).
